- Remove rind from cheese.
- Cut cheese in four and soften in a small bowl in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
- Add yogurt and honey and combine with a spoon until mixture is smooth.*
- Divide milky mixture evenly into pretty dessert cups or sherbet glasses. Add a layer of muesli and top with a layer of fresh fruit.
- Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
* For an ultra-smooth texture, use a blender or mixer.
