- In a small blender, add all mayonnaise ingredients and pulse until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the apple coleslaw. Set aside.
- Place tostadas on a plate or serving board.
- Garnish with avocado mayonnaise, pulled ham and apple coleslaw.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and spicy salsa to taste.
