- In a large non-stick skillet or wok, brown the tofu slices on each side in 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside on a warm plate.
- In the same skillet, brown the meat in the remaining oil, crumbling it with a fork. Add the broccoli and cook for about 1 minute. Add the oyster sauce and cook for about 2 minutes or until the broccoli is al dente. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper.
- Divide the tofu among four plates and top with the beef and broccoli.

Variation
If you want a vegetarian dish, opt for meatless ground “meat”. This product is usually sold in the tofu section of most grocery stores. Its appearance is mistakenly close to cooked ground beef, but it is soy based, thus it is a vegetarian product.
