IGA tips and tricks: Making scallop tartare

  • Thaw tartare cube tubes beforehand according to package directions. You’ll need two tubes to make two servings as a main course or four servings as a starter. 
  • Empty tube contents in a bowl over ice and combine all the ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  • Spoon tartare on crusty bread, top with buttered popcorn, and enjoy!
