1. Mash kiwi at the bottom of a shaker.
2. Add white wine, lime juice, and ice cubes.
3. Close shaker and shake to combine.
4. Filter through a sieve into a large glass.
5. Press mint leaves in the palm of your hand and add to glass.
6. Complete with ginger ale.
7. Decorate with a small bunch of mint and a kiwi slice.
