Directions

  1. Preheat oven broiler.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear veal cutlets on each side. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Equally divide the prosciutto onto the cutlets. Top with tomato sauce. Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly grilled. 
  5. Right before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and season to taste.
  6. Serve with pasta and your choice of green vegetable.
