Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Combine the pasta sauce with the Tabasco sauce and garlic, and season with pepper to taste.

Place fish in an ovenproof dish. Pour sauce over the fish and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

Garnish with coriander before serving.
