- In a small cup, dissolve matcha in boiling water. Add honey and whisk. Add 125 mL (½ cup) of soy beverage and set aside.
- Add strawberries and 125 mL (½ cup) soy beverage to blender and purée.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour matcha and strawberry mixture into glasses.
Serve immediately.
