Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

In a baking dish, brush the salmon with honey and pour the wine around it. Garnish with onion and dill.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the flesh of the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Just before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper.

Serve with wild rice and seasonal vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.), steamed.
