Directions

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Combine the vegetables, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Toss gently.
  3. Place the vegetables in a barbecue grilling pan with holes, and roast until asparagus is tender-crisp.
  4. Remove from the barbecue, garnish with tarragon, and serve immediately.
