- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet with sufficient space between each one.
- Place a 5 mL (1 tsp.) spoonful of grated Parmesan at the end of each stick. The Parmesan will spread while baking to form circles.
- Bake until slightly caramelized, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and serve.
Chef’s secret
You can flavour your Parmesan lollipops. For example, try:
Provencal: add 5 mL (1 tsp.) of herbes de Provence to grated Parmesan
Sesame: add 10 mL (2 tsp.) of sesame seeds to grated Parmesan
Pepper: add freshly ground pepper to grated Parmesan
