Directions

  1. For the herb yogurt sauce, mix together all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Grill souvlaki according to package directions on barbecue heated to medium-high. At the same time, heat pitas on upper grill or on unheated side of barbecue.
  3. Place a quarter of the yogurt sauce in centre of each heated pita. Top with the meat from one souvlaki brochette, a few juliennes of cucumber and mango, and some sliced onion. Roll up the pitas and wrap bottom half with parchment paper or foil wrap.
