- Gently combine all the salsa ingredients and set aside until ready to serve.
- Preheat the barbecue medium-high. Place the salmon tournedos on the grill. Sprinkle with lime juice and season with pepper, to taste.
- Cook the salmon tournedos for 5 to 6 minutes per centimetre of thickness (10 to 12 minutes per inch).
- Place each salmon steak on a bed of rice and serve with salsa and steamed snow peas.
