- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté mushrooms and garlic for 1 to 4 minutes. Add pine nuts and sauté until becoming golden – about 3 minutes.
- Stir in fresh sage and stock then combine with stuffing.
- Cool completely. Stuff turkey.
Tip: Make stuffing day before. Refrigerate covered.
