- In small bowl whisk orange raspberry mango pure fruit juices, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- In second bowl toss segmented oranges, olives, red onion, avocado and spinach, with 4 tbsp (60 mL) of the dressing.
- Divide onto 6 plates and drizzle over remaining dressing and garnish with basil sprigs.
