Directions

  1. Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Set aside.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on pizza shells. Top with chicken slices, sage, cheese, and pepper rounds.
  4. Place the pizzas on the oven rack. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crusts are slightly crispy.
  5. Serve with a green salad.
