- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, celery, cheese, spinach, and Boursin® Cuisine. Set aside.
- Cut baguette in half lengthwise. Partially hollow out baguette, stuff with the chicken mixture, and place two halves back together. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Cut baguette into slices. Serve about 3 slices per person with soup or salad for lunch or a light supper.

Waste reducing tip : Transform the bread you removed from the baguette into croutons for salad. Coarsely chop and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and dry in a 120 °C (250 °F) oven. Season with salt and pepper after removing from oven.
