Directions

  1. Using a fork, combine the cheese, cinnamon and 15 mL honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the butter and remaining honey in a frying pan on high heat. Add the mango slices and sauté for 1 minute on each side.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture and mango slices on the muffin halves. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  4. Serve for brunch with scrambled eggs and orange juice.
