- Preheat oven at 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cheese. In a second bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, butter and apples.
- Pour over dry ingredients and mix until dough is of an even consistency.
- Fill greased muffin pan up to 2/3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan and serve hot.
