- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the vegetables for 2 minutes. Let cool.
- Combine the sautéed vegetables with the ground meat. Season to taste. Form 4 patties.
- Barbecue over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 70˚C (160˚F).
- Turn over half-way through the cooking time. While the meat is cooking, toast the hamburger buns. When cooked, place a hamburger patty on each bun and garnish to taste.
