- Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté onions for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add vegetables and sauté for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in sausage meat, breaking it apart, and then continue cooking for about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Add sauce and cover until sauce starts to boil. Remove lid, reduce to medium
- heat and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve with your choice of pasta.

Add water or some poultry or vegetable broth if sauce is too thick.
