- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- In another bowl, add the crab, strawberries, pistachios and green onions. Add sauce to taste. Season.
- Toast bread.
- Brush with sauce. Add mashed avocados, then the crab mixture.
- Top with watercress.
