Plus, barbecuing is fun—especially when you crack open a cold Philippe Wouters beer while you’re at it.
Now that BBQ season is in full swing, we’ve put together a few tips on how to become a true grill master.
1. Choose the right cut of meat
When cooking red meat on the BBQ, make sure it’s nicely grilled on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside.
There are numerous cuts of meat to choose from. We suggest Sterling Silverbeef: treat yourself to a Tomahawk steak, or a tender rib-eye steak.
You can also prepare a homemade marinade and slather it on Quebec pork, such as ribs or chops . . . tender, juicy, and delicious!
2. Opt for fish
Tuna or swordfish steaks are great grilled on the BBQ.
For an eco-friendly option, choose Ocean Wise-certified products, such as Sea Delight tuna steaks.
3. Diversify your fruits and veggies
Reinvent the classics! Drizzle balsamic vinegar on asparagus, stuff over-sized mushrooms, caramelize sweet onions, prepare cream potatoes en papillotes .. .
