During the holidays, IGA and its two new partners, Meals on Wheels of Quebec and La Tablée des Chefs, are proud to offer 12,000 servings of yule log created by renowned pastry chef Patrice Demers. The 1,000 orange, buttercream, and spice yule logs were prepared by apprentice chefs from different culinary schools in Montreal and Longueuil, with the support of La Tablée des Chefs, and they will be distributed throughout Quebec by the Meals on Wheels network.
