If a major supermarket competitor within this store's geographic trade area offers a lower price on any item we post in a flyer with an "Unbeatable Price" tag, we will sell you that item for 1¢ less than the competitor's price upon presentation of the competitor's flyer or your invoice showing the lowest price offered by the competitor on the same product during the period of validity of the IGA flyer (as specified in the flyer) for which the "Unbeatable price" tag is displayed.

Our guarantee applies to identical items: must be same brand, size and attributes. The guarantee does not apply to any of the following items: products sold by in-store third party vendors, gift cards, liquor, tobacco, or other products which may not be discounted by law, and also exclude 'spend x get x' purchased items, and 'free' promotions and discounts for items obtained through the loyalty customer programs of competitors.

Our guarantee does not apply to competitor misprints. Eligible purchases are limited to the quantities specified in our flyer. This guarantee may not be used in combination with any other offer. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to determine major supermarket competitors, geographic trade areas and comparable items, and to make changes to this guarantee program without prior notice.
