1. Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl.
2. Make 12 mini croquettes all the same size.
3. Cook meatballs in an oiled skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until done.
4. Serve as a starter with spring lettuce or cherry tomato salad.
