Directions

  1. Mix orange juice concentrate with marmalade, oil, chili sauce, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  2. Stir pork cubes into mixture. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for one hour.
  3. Thread meat onto water-soaked wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables and fruit. Season with pepper to taste.
  4. Grill in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice or couscous.
