- Divide the rolled oats into two glass jars with lids.
- Combine the yogurt, almond beverage, honey, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the oats; they will soak up the liquid overnight.
- Add the mango cubes.
- Screw on the lids and place the jars in the fridge overnight.

If you're short on time or if you don't have fresh fruit on hand, use canned fruit. You can also use unsweetened fruit compote in place of fruit.
Next-morning oatmeal is the perfect breakfast for people on the go. It's easy to carry on public transit and then eat at work or at school. I love the infinite flavour combinations. Just choose plain Greek yogurt or any flavoured yogurt and add a serving of fruit. As for me, I love mango. I cut it into cubes that I add to my yogurt and oat mixture. You can stir it all together, but don't have to.
