30 ml (1 oz) Irish cream (Bailey’s)
15 ml (0,5 oz ) Gin 
22 ml (0.75 oz) Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
30 ml (1 oz) Milk (or almond milk)
½ Clementine 
375 ml (1 1/2 tasse) Ice
Cinnamon powder, to decorate

In a blender, mix all ingredients.
Pour the content into your favorite glass.
Decorate with cinnamon powder.

Chef's secret

For an alcohol-free version of the drink, replace the Irish cream by 35% cream and remove the gin.
