- Spread cream cheese on 2 mini-loaf halves.
- Top with pear slices, and then layer on sliced turkey and lettuce leaves.
- Spread remaining bread halves with honey mustard and place on bottom halves.
Tip and variation: Prepare one sandwich according to this recipe. Prepare the other sandwich by replacing the cream cheese with goat cheese and the mustard with honey. One lunch idea, two variations!
