Directions

  1. Pour balsamic vinegar and maple syrup into a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until mixture is reduced by half and syrupy. Reserve.
  2. Fill raclette trays with Grisons meat or sausage coins and fi g or date; garnish each with a slice of cheese.
  3. Place prosciutto and sliced kiwi or honeydew in other trays and garnish each with a slice of cheese. Just before eating, sprinkle each tray with pepper and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar reduction. Accompany with walnut bread toast if desired.
