- Heat oil and butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until tender-crisp and slightly grilled. Remove asparagus from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add radishes, chives and lemon zest to asparagus. Sprinkle with lemon juice and gently toss.
- Serve as a side dish for grilled meat, fish or poultry.
VARIATION: Replace oil and butter by olive oil. Omit radishes and garnish asparagus with 60 mL (1/4 cup) light feta cheese.
