Ingredients

  1. 250 mL (1 cup) vanilla yogurt
  2. 125 mL (½ cup) cranberry juice
  3. 250 mL (1 cup) cranberries
  4. 375 mL (1 ½ cups) raspberries
  5. 20 mL (4 tsp.) honey
  6. 2 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except ice cubes to blender and purée on low speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend on high for 1 minute, until thoroughly combined.
  3. Smoothie can be thinned with the liquid of your choice if necessary.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

WHY NOT
Use 1 cup of litchis instead of the raspberries, omit the cranberry juice and reduce the honey to 1 tbsp. (15 mL)?
