Ingredients

  1. 1 pack Vegeat Italian polpette
  2. 300 mL (1 1/3 cups) your choice of tomato sauce
  3. To taste cheese
  4. 1 Mini Ciabatta baguette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
  2. Place half the tomato sauce in a baking dish. Arrange meatballs in dish and cover with remaining tomato sauce. Bake uncovered on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Two minutes before meatballs finish cooking, toast bread. Top bread with meatballs and sauce. Add your favourite cheese.
  4. Enjoy!
