1. 245 g 1 package veggie chicken nuggets, cut into pieces

Sauce

1. 180 mL ¾ cup sour cream
2. 22 mL 1 ½ tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
3. 5 mL 1 tsp. maple syrup
4. To taste lime juice, salt and pepper

Salad

1. 500 mL 2 cups sweet kale salad mix with 7 vegetables
2. 60 mL ¼ cup chopped green onion
3. To taste bottled salad dressing

Topping

1. 30 mL 2 tbsp. olive oil
2. 1 onion, chopped
3. 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
4. 30 mL 2 tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
5. 6–8 mini fajita tortillas
