Vanilla-peach popsicles by TOUGO

Vanilla-peach popsicles by TOUGO

Serves 10 popsicles

Ingredients

375 mL (1 ½ cups) sliced ripe peaches
60 mL (4 tbsp.) maple syrup
15 mL (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
375 mL (1 ½ cups) vanilla Greek yogurt

Directions

Set aside 10 slices of peaches for garnishes.
Place remaining peaches, maple syrup and lemon juice in a blender and purée.
Place reserved peach slices in popsicle moulds.
Pour fruit mixture and yogurt into moulds, alternating to create different layers. Gently stir with a popsicle stick to create a marbled effect.
Insert a popsicle stick in centre of each mould. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Chef’s Secret

Fresh peaches can be replaced with canned or frozen peaches.
