Tuna croque-monsieur

Tuna croque-monsieur

Ingredients

2 170-g cans light tuna packed in water,drained
80 mL (⅓ cup) store-bought aioli sauce
To taste, salt and pepper
4 thick slices of Origine artisan bundles
1-2 tomatoes, sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°c (400°f).
Mix tuna with aioli sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Spread each slice of bread with one quarter of the tuna mixture, and top with two slices of tomato and a slice of cheese.
Grill in the oven on a baking sheet for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
