Ingredients

Bulles sans alcool

  1. 120 ml (4 oz) Apple must
  2. 30 ml (1 oz) Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
  3. 7 ml (0.25 oz) Cranberry juice
  4. Slice of green apple, to decorate

Bulles au mousseux

  1. 7 ml (0.25 oz) Lychee liqueur
  2. 150 ml (5 oz) Sparkling wine
  3. 22 ml (0.75 oz) Monsieur Cocktail Grenadine du terroir
  4. Lemon zest, to decorate

Bulles au cidre pétillant

  1. 15 ml (0.5 oz) Orange liqueur
  2. 120 ml (4 oz) Sparkling cider
  3. 30 ml (1 oz) Monsieur Cocktail Tonic québécois
  4. Orange zest, to decorate

Directions

Bubbles without alcohol

  1. In a cup filled with ice, mix all ingredients.
  2. Decorate with a slice of green apple.

Bubbles with sparkling wine

  1. In a cup filled with ice, mix all ingredients.
  2. Decorate with a zest of lemon.

Bubbles with sparkling cider

  1. Mix liquor and tonic in a cup filled with ice.
  2. Fill in with the cider.
  3. Decorate with an orange zest.
