Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) Jarlsberg Lite cheese, shredded

500 mL (2 cups) vegetables of your choice (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, etc.), blanched or sautéed

250 mL (1 cup) Gouda cheese, chopped into small pieces

12 fresh basil leaves, chopped

250 mL (1 cup) Zurigo cheese, chopped into small pieces

1 can (213 mL/7.5 oz) pizza sauce

1 pizza crust, 30 cm (12 inch)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C (350˚F).
- Place the pizza crust on a pizza pan.
- Spread the tomato sauce on the crust and sprinkle the chopped basil on top.
- Add the Zurigo and Seigneur de Tilly cheeses.
- Evenly distribute the vegetables over the two cheeses.
- Top with shredded Jarlsberg.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
