Ingredients

  1. 6–8 new potatoes, sliced
  2. To taste, your choice of vegetables (bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, etc.), cubed
  3. 4–6 slices Hot Calabrese salami
  4. 100–150 g Oka with Mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  1. Grill potato slices and vegetable cubes on raclette grill top. Flip potato slices half-way through cooking so they come out golden.
  2. Place some grilled potato slices, grilled vegetable cubes, and a slice of hot salami in a raclette dish.
  3. Cover with a slice of Oka with Mushrooms. Heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with your choice of herbs.
