Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (500 mL) Compliments Balance Pomegranate & Cranberry Juice Blend
  2. 4 oz (120 mL) gin
  3. 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lime juice
  4. To taste, ice cubes
  5. fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Combine the pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker with the gin, lime juice, 2 to 3 ice cubes and one sprig of rosemary. Shake well.
  2. Fill four cocktail glasses with additional ice cubes. Strain the cocktail evenly over the glasses; garnish with rosemary sprigs.
