Ingredients

  1. 1–2 green or red apples, unpeeled and thinly sliced
  2. 100–150 g L’Extra Double Cream Brie Baguette, cut into roughly 1/2-cm (1/4-in.) thick slices
  3. 100 g pancetta, cubed
  4. To taste, maple syrup

Directions

This recipe is courtesy of Agropur.

  1. Place a few apple slices, 1 or 2 slices of brie, and a few pancetta cubes in a raclette dish.
  2. Drizzle with maple syrup. Heat until cheese melts. 
  3. Mix up the fruits by swapping apples for pears or green grapes.
