Ingredients

  1. 100–150 g chorizo, thinly sliced
  2. 125 mL (1/2 cup) finely chopped dried tomatoes
  3. 100–150 g Cabra al vino Rocinante cheese, sliced
  4. To taste, chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Grill chorizo slices on raclette grill top.
  2. Place a few slices of grilled chorizo, some dried tomatoes, and a slice of Cabra al vino Rocinante cheese in a raclette dish.
  3. Heat until cheese melts. Top with chopped fresh basil.
