Surimi and shrimp rolls

Ingredients

  1. 300 g crab-flavoured surimi flakes
  2. 100 g Nordic shrimp
  3. 80 mL (⅓ cup) mayonnaise
  4. 60 mL (¼ cup) chopped celery
  5. 10 mL (2 tsp.) lemon zest
  6. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) snipped chives
  7. 4 hot dog buns

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the buns. 
  2. Toast buns and then top with surimi mixture.
