Ingredients

  1. 80 mL (⅓ cup) original or vanilla date puree (100 g)
  2. 1 L (4 cups) frozen strawberries (560 g)
  3. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) lemon juice
  4. 45 mL (3 tbsp.) chia seeds
  5. 1 pouch (2 g) agar-agar or 30 mL (2 tbsp.) liquid pectin

Directions

What to doski
  1. In a pot, add date puree, strawberries, lemon juice and chia seeds, then mix. 
  2. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  3. Add agar-agar or liquid pectin and mix. 
  4. Pour into one or two jars and refrigerate. Well, that was easy!
