Strawberry iced matcha by TOUGO

Strawberry iced matcha

Ingredients

5 mL (1 tsp.) matcha
60 mL (¼ cup) boiling water
15 mL (1 tbsp.) honey
250 mL (1 cup) unsweetened vanilla soy beverage
10 strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
To taste ice cubes

Directions

In a small cup, dissolve matcha in boiling water. Add honey and whisk. Add 125 mL (½ cup) of soy beverage and set aside.
Add strawberries and 125 mL (½ cup) soy beverage to blender and purée.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour matcha and strawberry mixture into glasses.

Serve immediately.

Use milk or your favourite unsweetened plant-based milk.
