Ingredients

  1. 1 package (142 g/5 oz.) spring salad mix
  2. 1 cup (250 mL) strawberries, hulled and sliced
  3. 125 mL (½ cup) radishes cut into thin slices
  4. 125 mL (½ cup) asparagus tips, blanched
  5. 20 mL (1 tbsp. + 1 tsp.) balsamic vinegar
  6. 30 mL (2 tbsp. olive oil)
  7. A few basil leaves (optional)
  8. To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season to taste and serve.
