Ingredients

  1. 150 g plain soft silken tofu
  2. ½ cup fresh strawberries
  3. ¾ cup almond flour
  4. ¼ cup brown sugar
  5. ¼ cup toasted almonds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients – except toasted almonds – in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted almonds before serving.
