Ingredients

227 g (1 package) crab-flavoured Alaskan pollock

10 mL (2 tsp.) mayonnaise-style salad sauce

15 mL (1 tbsp.) chili sauce

2.5 mL (½ tsp.) Worcestershire sauce

15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh lemon juice

To taste, spicy Tabasco-style sauce

125 mL (½ cup) diced celery (about 1 medium stalk)

4 wheat tortillas

4 romaine lettuce leaves, centre ribs removed

1 cucumber, sliced into rounds

Directions
- Shred pollock into a bowl and mix in salad sauce, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, and celery. Stir well.
- Line each tortilla with a leaf of romaine lettuce, a quarter of the pollock mixture, and the cucumbers, and then roll up and serve.
