- Preheat the oven to 325oF (160oC).
- Placed 2 tortillas on an ungreased baking sheet and spread 15 mL (1 tablespoon) softened butter on top. Evenly distribute the brown sugar, peach slices, nutmeg and pecans on the tortillas. Spread the slices of Brie on top. Cover with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and slice each of the tortillas into quarters. Serve with fresh fruits.
Variation: Replace tortillas with home-made crêpes.
